Sandstone Facades @ University of Houston-Main Campus, Houston, TX
(BEFORE) Sandstone facades (built in 1960's) severely soiled from extensive fungal and lichen growth which was not pressure-washed in past 10 years.
(AFTER) The facades were initially cleaned by using CaraPro Masonry Cleaner and pressure-washing. After 24 hours, the facades were then spray-sealed with CaraPro Single-Coat-Clear Masonry Sealer.
(AFTER)The facades remain in pristine condition 6 months after application of CaraPro Select Single-Coat-Clear Masonry Sealer.
