Energy Research Park, Bldg#2 @ University of Houston, Houston, TX

All exposed brick & grout surfaces (walls, planters) at Energy Research Park, Bldg #2, University of Houston were pressure-washed and sealed with CaraPro Select Single-Coat-Clear Masonry Sealer. We used boom lift to pressure-wash and seal the areas which were not approachable from the ground level.

The interesting thing to note here is during disastrous hurricane Harvey, water seep into all other buildings at Energy Research Park, except this building. The building management did not find any traces of water seeping into the building.
