Heavily stain spots that did not come off with cleaning solution + pressure-washing

CBRE Ipe hardwood deck was previously sealed with a film-forming oil-aklyd stain. We used CaraPro Wood Cleaner and pressure-washing to remove the stain and to make the deck ready for coating with our CarPro Wood Stain/Sealer. All railings and some of the heavily stained spots were sanded off.
